It was a fun trip. She had reserved a small truck with Ryder, but they messed up and had to give us a really big one and then they stuck us with the largest car carrier that they had also. It was a bear to drive, and kind of funky because the truck was so light and the car carrier so long, heavy, and far behind us, but things held up pretty well, at least until the mountains of Pennsylvania began to slow us down. Here is 3 pictures of the truck that I stitched together to make one panorama. That little blue thing in the middle is Tiff. bestellen lamisil
This is a slightly better photo of us at a sleep stop in Baltimore at the Peltonian Embassy
One of the great things about visiting Florida is getting to spend time with Faith and Willy. (and their new dog Minnie.)
We spent one afternoon on the WaveRunner, where Willy demonstrated proper use of his new kneeboard (No photos, my batteries were dead...).
Later in the week, we went to the beach. Willy has gotten into surfing of late, and he brought his board, but the waves were nonexistent that day, so we basically just frolicked in the water.

Chef Willy also created his world famous grilled chicken breast sandwiches for lunch one day.
Minnie was adopted from a shelter and she is still acclimating to life with Faith and Willy, but we had tons of fun and quickly bonded.

I also got out for a wonderful dinner and movie with another exSyracusan, my pal Tammy.

We finally hit the road on Saturday and drove up into South Carolina before we finally crashed. Many of the hotels were sold out that night and we wound up going to a bunch of them before we could find a room. We saw this mom and baby armadillo cavorting by the dumpster of one of the hotels.

Here's a shot at one of the rest stops to show just how huge our truck was. It was pretty amazing. (and tons of fun to drive down Southern AVe in Baltimore when we stopped at Carl and Jen's
Well, that's it. I'm off for more adventures. Thanks for stopping by.
